Human Resource Officer

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Manage employee relations, handling grievances and conflict resolution.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure payroll processing accuracy.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

  • Support workforce planning and staff development programs.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

  • Liaise with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles (construction industry experience is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
