Project Manager

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development through construction administration.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project goals, budgets, and timelines.

• Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design and construction standards.

• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of architectural concepts.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale architectural projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, residential, institutional).

• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing project requirements.
