• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

• Conduct material quantity take-offs and manage procurement processes.

• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.

• Provide financial advice and risk assessments to project teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for construction projects.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
