Compliance Officer


About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services from both international and domestic suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update internal policies (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy/GDPR, Anti-Bribery) to reflect current laws.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees at all levels.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential violations.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including employee complaints and whistleblower reports.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on necessary policy updates.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and training.
  • Promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compliance.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Experience with compliance software.
  • Deep understanding of compliance principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
