Corporate Sales Officer (Real Estate Focus)


About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving real estate sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive real estate sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate leads, nurturing long-term partnerships rather than just one-off transactions.
  • Stay ahead of urban development trends, zoning laws, and competitor pricing to provide clients with expert-level advisory.
  • Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams to ensure all corporate contracts are airtight and compliant.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and urban development trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
