Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, handling grievances and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure payroll processing accuracy.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Support workforce planning and staff development programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Liaise with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles (construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
