Marketing Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Social, Email, and Offline) from conception to completion.
  • Oversee the production of engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, social media assets, and promotional videos.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media presence to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate comprehensive reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics or CRM dashboards to prove ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
